Sam MacDonald is a junior at The University of Alabama. She is earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts concentrating in photography and graphic design. She is from Huntsville, Ala. She was the assistant photo editor for The Crimson White her freshman and sophomore year as well as the football photographer for the 2016 and 2017 seasons. On top of football, she covered gymnastics, men’s basketball and various other sports. She freelanced for The Tuscaloosa News. She has also worked for Alice Magazine and spent last summer photographing the daily life of a summer camp. Her goal is to one day work as either a fashion, sports or travel photographer.
